Facilities

We train in two different places one being the BreakingBody Gym and the other is Planet Fitness. Since most of you cant experience the BB Gym we highly recommend Planet Fitness. 

Facility 1. BreakingBody Gym

 

In all honesty the BreakingBody Gym is one of the most humble of gyms you will ever see. This home gym has enough to get a full body workout in for a beginner. As we attempt to get back into shape we show you how you can do it at home using very little. 

Facility 2. Planet Fitness

 

We don't get paid to say it but as far as beginners or even evanced exerciseholics Planet Fitness is the place for you. Seriously if you dont alredy have a gym go there. They are friendly towards all shapes and sizes and with your membership you can meet with a trainer to find the best routine workout for your life and schedule. Check them out by clicking here. 

Facility 3. The Park

 

This should come as no surprise but one of the most effective ways to get in shape is to walk or run. You will find that you can kill it in the gym, but once your out running you find out your true conditioning. We have started running races 5K, 10K, and we have even completed a half marathon.
